Terms and Conditions

General Information

Different Bali Indonesia (DBI) Tours & Travel Ltd has been partnered with selected hotels in Indonesia and other company in tourism industry to provide our netter wide range of accommodation, unique tour packages, activities, course, wedding, etc to choose from.

 
 
Reservation Procedure
Reservation for customized tours
  • After having applied for a customized tour free estimate we will send you a proposal — with details about hotels, activities and forfeit — within short time — from 24 to 72 hours —. We may prepare a second proposal based on your comments, or even a third one depending on the situation — the idea is to build together, in an interactive way your customized tour —.
  • When you are satisfied with our proposal and agree with it we will then send you all details concerning payment, and in particular the payment of your deposit, prior to arrival.
  • To confirm your reservation we request a copy of your passport photo page, which should be send by fax to : +62(0)361 - 299 093

We do never ask any information about your credit card !

 
 
Payment
Payment for customized tours
  • You pay a deposit of 10% from total amount by bank transfer to our account in Indonesia — you are in charge of the transfer fees —, followed by a payment in cash upon arrival at your hotel or at our office of 40 % from total amount — you may exchange your traveler checks if you don't want to bring cash.
  • You pay the 50% left 5 days after your arrival after having judged by yourself the quality of our services.
  • If you prefer full payment before prior to arrival — you do not want to bring cash or traveler checks with you —, it has to be made a minimum of 15 days before arrival through Different Bali Indonesia Tours & Travel Ltd by bank transfer.
  • Bank transfers and payments after arrival can be done in US Dollar, in Euros or directly in indonesian Rupee.
Payment for domestic flights
  • If domestic flights are involved in your customized tour their fare should be paid — full amount — prior to arrival — together with the 10% deposit from total amount —.
Payment for hotel or/and car only
  • You pay a deposit of 10% from total amount by bank transfer to our account in Indonesia — you are in charge of the transfer fees —, followed by a payment in cash upon arrival at your hotel or at our office of 90 % from total amount — you may exchange your traveler checks if you don't want to bring cash —.
  • We will then give to you the vouchers to use when you check–in at your hotels. Notice that if you drive yourself you rented car you will be held responsible for any loss below 500 US Dollars — an inclusive local insurance will take in charge the rest of the loss —.
 
 
Cancelation and Refund

The cancellation fee will not be charged by Different Bali Indonesia Ltd. However cancellation fees might be charged by hotel or other arranger with whom agreement have been made and for such condition that may occur, these fees will be charge to the clients.

No Refund is applicable for «no show».

 
 
Confirmation Flip & Performa Invoice

We will send your Confirmation Slip and Performa Invoice by e-mail or facsimile when your reservation is already confirmed. Any other useful document for your trip will be given during our meeting service upon arrival.

 
 
Accomodations

Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of reservation. If DBI Ltd is unable to confirm the hotel(s) listed in our quotation, we will attempt to secure space at a similar hotel of equal standard and cost.

In the event a similar hotel is not available, a supplement may be charged. Some hotels require non–refundable and non–transferable deposits in order to guarantee a booking. In such cases, DBI Ltd will notify the tour organizer and require reimbursement for any payments and expenses incurred if the group subsequently fails to materialize or the tour organizer for any reason cancels the tour.

 
 
Travel Document

Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa(s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.

 
 
Law of Agreement

The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.

 
 
Additional Terms

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

 
 
Communication

As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile, please supply us.

 
 
Liability

DBI Ltd does not own or operate, nor is it an agent for any of the firms which will provide goods and services for the trip or for any option which may be available in connection with the trip — including optional sightseeing, car rental, etc.— and DBI Ltd has not priced the trip or option to allow DBI Ltd to guarantee against failure of any such firms.

Accordingly, participant(s) agree to seek remedies directly with the supplier, and not to hold DBI Ltd or sponsoring organization liable, in the absence of its negligence, for any loss, injury, delay or expense which results directly or indirectly from any action or omission, whether negligent, criminal or otherwise, of any entity providing goods and services for the trip or any available option — e.g. without limitation, the quality of services, cleanliness of a hotel, hotel overbooking or any flight delays.

Participant(s) also agree not to hold DBI Ltd or sponsoring organization liable for circumstances beyond its control — e.g. force majeure, terrorism, war, or acts of God —. Participant(s) acknowledge that neither DBI Ltd nor its agents have made any representation or promises with the respect to the tour described herein except as expressly set forth in DBI Ltd literature, unless such agreement is in writing and signed by an officer of DBI Ltd.

DBI Ltd accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay, changes, or cancellations in train, bus, ship, airplanes or other services, sickness, weather, war, terrorist acts, strikes, quarantine, or other causes. Baggage is transported at the client's risk throughout the tour.

 
 
Health and Fitness

All tour participants must possess physical or mental conditions good enough to fit for traveling. They must be responsible for their own health conditions. In the event that the tour participants have serious illnesses, they must provide valid health documents issued by a professional doctor to prove that they are fit for travel. We will not undertake any legal obligation in participant's health conditions.

DBI Ltd strongly recommends that all persons traveling obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
