Different Bali Indonesia’s team has visited and put under severe test hundreds of hotels, high standard home stays, eco-lodges and villas, and carefully selected for you the best ones on behalf of authenticity, professionalism, return-on-your-money criteria, and divided them into five ranges of accommodation: Standard Authentic, Superior Authentic, Luxe Authentic, Raja and International Class five star hotels.

The different categories of our Authentic Hotels :

Standard Authentic

We selected small hotels, eco-lodges, and quality home stays which reflect the Indonesian spirit by their peaceful intimate ambiance.

Your rooms (private bathroom with hot water and private terrace or balcony/ with ceiling fan or AC) will be nicely decorated and usually be overlooking a beautiful panorama. Most accommodations have got a swimming pool located in a lush tropical garden (except in the mountains). The eco-lodges are sometimes very basic, and we mention it for no bad surprises.

Price: 20 to 50 $ for a double room.

Standard Authentic Hotels Location : Java | Bali + Nusa Lembongan | Lombok + Gili's

Superior Authentic

Within this range of accommodation you will be sure to stay in splendid locations. Gorgeous views and the feeling of being in a very special place are guaranteed.

It might not yet be luxury yet by western standards, even though by some criteria it will already be (very nice swimming-pool, AC except in the mountains, in room services…). Architecture will usually be of traditional inspiration.

Luxe Authentic

Here luxury by western standards is guaranteed. The rooms will show delightful Balinese and tropical design, with sometimes a mere modern touch or sometimes a mere antic touch, but always an interesting or innovative one!

Of course great swimming pool, great restaurant and most of the time spa services available. Intimate ambiance and refined service are granted.

Price: 80 to 130 $ for a double room.

Rajah

In here you will be assured of getting the very best of Balinese luxury hotel industry and villas. There are quite a few villas and hotels in Bali that the most opulent king of Bali would have been excited to exchange with his own private palace.

Amazing architecture and interior design, fountains, delicate artworks, very refined guest handling, amazingly delicious food, will make your stay become a piece of dream (once upon a time when you were a Balinese king and a Balinese queen…). Private plunge pool often avalaible.

International Class Hotel

We selected the international class hotels that really succeeded in bringing up the Indonesian spirit within their walls.

In those hotels you will get all the services you may expect (spas, sport activities, cultural events, activities intended to the children and some of them own their own golf course), in great locations, usually right on the beach.
